I am on my 2nd pound of Dayes coffee. I like it so much. I just ordered 5 pounds. If you're looking to cut back on caffeine but still enjoy really great coffee. This is your answer.

Coffee doesn’t get any fresher than this. My first bag of coffee made it from New York to California in only four days after it was roasted. Needless to say, the whole house has never smelled better and the taste is delicious.

I just received and tasted your ground fermented coffee & I’m SO happy to say that the taste is fabulous! I have been off coffee for 2 years due to severe acid reflux, and have tried various organic Swiss water coffees & decafs & NONE of them have tasted the least bit like coffee!

How does enzyme fermentation work?

How green coffee beans transform into DAYES Coffee

Premium Quality Beans

High elevation 100% Arabica beans from Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, and Ethiopia are sourced, forming a blend. DAYES only uses premium quality coffee beans.

Fermentation with a 50-Enzyme Complex

The green coffee beans are coated in a 50-enzyme complex. This special complex has a Japanese patent and works its magic to make a healthier brew.

Incubator Fermentation

Now coated with enzymes, the coffee beans are kept at a specific temperature for fermentation. At this stage the enzymes are still on the beans, but are killed off during roasting.

Coffee beans ready for roasting

After fermentation, the beans are ready to be freshly roasted in small batches at DAYES Coffee's own cafΓ©. DAYES uses an American made roaster called The Loring.
